Information you provide and technical information

We may process the following categories of personal data:

When you use the contact form

your name, email address, optional telephone number and company, selected areas of interest and the message you write.

When you contact us in another way

the contact details, messages and other information you choose to provide in the correspondence.

When you visit the website

limited technical information such as IP address, time, browser, device and requested page may be processed by our technical providers to deliver and protect the website.

Please note: Do not send sensitive personal data, national identification numbers, passwords or other information that is not needed for your enquiry.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Why do we process the information?

Responding to and managing an enquiry

Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before potentially entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Operating, protecting and troubleshooting the website

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website and preventing misuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Meeting legal obligations

If an enquiry results in an engagement, some information may need to be retained to comply with accounting or other applicable legislation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Information submitted through the contact form is not used to add you to a newsletter or for other direct marketing without a separate lawful basis.

4. Recipients and service providers

Who may access the information?

Only A-Hedin Konsulter and providers needed to operate the website and deliver your message may access the information. We currently use:

ChatGPT Sites/OpenAI

to publish, operate and secure the website. OpenAI may use subprocessors, including Cloudflare, for technical delivery and protection.

FormSubmit

to receive the contact form and forward its contents to our email account. According to FormSubmit's documentation, submissions may be retained for up to 30 days.

Email provider

to receive and store correspondence resulting from the contact form or a direct email.

We do not sell personal data to other businesses.

5. Processing outside the EU/EEA

International transfers

Some technical providers or their subprocessors may process information in countries outside the EU/EEA. Where such a transfer takes place, it must be covered by a valid transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us if you would like more information about safeguards applying in a particular case.

6. How long information is retained

We do not retain information longer than necessary

An ordinary enquiry that does not result in an engagement is deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact.
If the enquiry results in a client engagement, relevant information is retained for as long as needed for the engagement and subsequently for as long as required by law or a legitimate need.
FormSubmit states that form submissions may remain in its archive for up to 30 days.
Technical logs are retained only for as long as needed for operations, security and troubleshooting under the applicable provider terms.

7. Cookies and measurement

No first-party advertising or behavioural tracking

A-Hedin Konsulter has not added Google Analytics, advertising measurement, the Meta Pixel or other behavioural tracking tools to this website. Technically necessary cookies or similar technologies may be used by the website's operations and security providers. These technologies are used to keep the website functional and secure, not for A-Hedin Konsulter's advertising.

Cookie: __cf_bm
Provider: Cloudflare on the ahedinkonsulter.se domain
Purpose: Protects the website against malicious and automated traffic. The cookie contains encrypted technical information used for Cloudflare's assessment of bot traffic.
Type: Strictly necessary security cookie
Retention: Expires after 30 minutes of inactivity
Tracking: Not used by A-Hedin Konsulter for analytics or advertising and does not follow visitors across different websites

Because __cf_bm is required for website security, we do not request consent for it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but security features may then work less effectively.

8. Your rights

You have control over your information

Depending on the circumstances, you have the right to:

receive information about and access the personal data we hold about you
request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
request erasure or restriction of processing
object to processing based on a legitimate interest
receive information in a structured format where the right to data portability applies
lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

These rights may be limited where, for example, we must retain information by law or need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

No profiling of contact enquiries

A-Hedin Konsulter does not use contact-form information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you.

This website contains links to other websites. When you leave our website, the external organisation is responsible for its own processing of personal data and privacy terms.

The policy develops with the website

This policy is updated when the website, contact methods or our processing of personal data changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
