6. How long information is retained

We do not retain information longer than necessary

• An ordinary enquiry that does not result in an engagement is deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact.
• If the enquiry results in a client engagement, relevant information is retained for as long as needed for the engagement and subsequently for as long as required by law or a legitimate need.
• FormSubmit states that form submissions may remain in its archive for up to 30 days.
• Technical logs are retained only for as long as needed for operations, security and troubleshooting under the applicable provider terms.

7. Cookies and measurement

No first-party advertising or behavioural tracking

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregated visitor and performance statistics. According to Cloudflare, the measurement uses neither cookies nor localStorage, does not fingerprint individual visitors and does not collect or use visitors' personal data. The statistics are used only to understand how the website is used and performs — not for advertising, remarketing or individual profiles. We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel or other advertising tools.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set an analytics cookie. The separate __cf_bm cookie is strictly necessary for website security and is not used for our visitor statistics or advertising. We therefore do not show an analytics consent banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but security features may then work less effectively.
