The assignment
More than social media – a measurable path from first contact to donation
Iduna Stiftung supports children and young people in vulnerable situations through initiatives that include education, health and safety. The assignment is to communicate this work clearly and credibly to potential new donors while building the digital infrastructure required for professional fundraising.
A-Hedin Konsulter coordinates strategy, technology, content and campaign delivery. The first active phase focuses on Switzerland and is designed so that the structure and learning can later support broader international development.
Areas of responsibility
From the donation journey to campaign optimisation
Donations and payments
Improving the donation journey on the existing website with a clear flow for TWINT, donation amounts, donor information and confirmation pages.
Measurement and consent
A structure for Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, basic conversion measurement and appropriate consent handling before campaigns begin.
Meta and campaigns
Setting up Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business and the advertising account, together with campaign strategy, audiences, copy and creative variants in German and English.
Management and reporting
Launch, technical testing, continuous monitoring, budget and advertising tests, optimisation, monthly reporting and a final pilot evaluation.
Trust at the centre
Trust, dignity and clear ownership
Fundraising for projects involving children requires particular care. Messages, images and stories must be accurate, respectful and transparent. Content is therefore developed through clear approval rounds and human quality assurance.
The accounts, data and digital assets created in the assignment are to be owned by Iduna Stiftung. This gives the foundation control of its donor relationships and creates a sustainable basis for further development after the pilot phase.
The assignment is ongoing. This case study describes A-Hedin Konsulter’s current responsibilities and way of working; no performance figures have been published.
